Power Boost Your Metabolism For Maximum Weight Loss

How many times have you heard a person say they are overweight because they have a slow metabolism? I hear it everyday! Frustrated weight loss enthusiasts constantly blame a slow metabolism for their weight woes. But is that really the case? True, some people, genetically, have challenged metabolisms, while most others use it as an excuse for why they can’ t lose weight.

Let’s eliminate this excuse by firing up your metabolism to its full genetic potential. While following your best weight loss program, doesn’t it make since to speed up your metabolism to its greatest genetic potential possible?

There are certain tactics available to power boost your metabolism. Some are lifestyle techniques, while others are nutritional tricks. Before I list all of the metabolism boosting tricks, let me explain exactly what metabolism is.

Metabolism is the way your body uses energy, as measured in calories. One way the body uses calories as energy is to sustain vital body functions like heart rate, cell development, breathing, cell repair, and temperature control. This accounts for up to 75% of the calories you burn daily. The other 25% of metabolism is the result of physical activity, digestion and absorption of food. The rate at which your body burns calories is its metabolism.

The following tips below will help you increase your metabolism to it greatest possible potential. However, please be aware that the calories you take in and your activity level play a much greater role in weight loss than metabolism alone. It is best to go through the weight loss battle with your metabolism firing on all cylinders.

Metabolism Boosting Tips and Tricks

1. Increase Your Physical Activity - This is no secret, but really works!Individuals who exercise regularly burn more calories and have more metabolically active, calorie burning muscle mass than those who are less active. Cardiovascular activity boosts metabolism by burning calories, while strength training slows the metabolically active muscle loss in aging
people. Both of these activities have shown to increase metabolism immediately after participating in the activity, while the long term results of strength training help burn even more calories 24 hours a day, even while
sleeping.

I recommend doing 30 plus minutes of aerobic activity, 3 to 5
days per week, in addition to doing 2 short, 24 hour metabolism
boosting strength training sessions each week.

2. Protein Consumption - Some evidence suggests their is a
slight metabolic boosting power in higher protein diets
versus high carb, low protein diets. Please be aware that the vast majority of weight loss results from decreasing calories, and increasing activity, not by changing the percentage of carbs versus protein in your diet. Very high protein diets have shown to cause potential health challenges.

3. Sleep - Getting 7+ hours of sleep each night may affect hormones that regulate body weight and appetite. In a current, rather large, ongoing study, people who slept less, have a tendency to weight more.

4. Don’t Skip Meals - It is important not to wait more than 5 hours between meals to eat. Waiting longer and skipping them has a tendency to slow your metabolism down, and deprive you of crucial energy. It is also important to rev up your metabolism by breaking the fast at breakfast each and every morning to give you energy, and prevent binging at later meals. Please note: It is also always important to closely monitor your overall caloric intake.

5. Weight Loss Supplements - Certain weight loss supplement which contain a stimulus effect can slightly boost your metabolism. Please note that I am not promoting weight loss supplement to increase metabolism! Some supplements have stimulant properties which increase metabolism by raising
the heart rate. Such pills can also produce unwanted side effects like anxiety, heart palpations, elevated blood pressure, and insomnia.

I recommend following the first 4 tips in order to tune up your metabolisms engine so you are burning food at the highest rate your body can possibly handle.

Seven Ways to Increase Portrait Sales

A good portrait photographer can do his or her best but still be plagued with no shows, minimum orders, and low profits. Here are seven tips to help you succeed.

A pre-session consultation is a good idea. It serves to answer any fears your clients may have about having their portrait taken. It also gives them an opportunity to get your opinion about what is best to wear. Tips on makeup and hair can be helpful. A brief description of their available wardrobe will give you an idea of what to suggest for the session. Of course, plaids and wild designs are to be avoided. Naturally, you must compliment them on their chosen outfit.

Secondly, confirm your appointments the day before. A gentle reminder while ‘touching base’ with your client is usually sufficient to ensure their arrival at the studio the next day. Any last minute changes in clothing can be discussed and a reminder that the parents may be included in some of the pictures of their children is wise. If something comes up that will prevent their making the appointment, it is best that you know ahead of time so that you can rearrange your schedule.

The samples on your studio walls should reflect the finest you can produce and instill in your clients a desire to own a similar portrait of themselves or of their family. Display only a variety of large sizes on your walls. A minimum size of sixteen by twenty and a maximum of thirty by forty inches will give the right impression. Eleven by fourteens and eight by tens look much too small on a wall. The profit margin is much greater in proportion to the increasing size of the portrait. A small area near the selling desk can be put aside for samples of these small sizes. I recommend that four by sixes be made unavailable and wallets not be displayed at all. Make sure that the eight by ten and five by seven samples are of a group portrait so that the head sizes are small in the photograph. The larger wall sizes look best when depicting five to seven people. Fewer heads will appear too large and more figures than seven in the sample portrait will seem lost and hard to see.

One key to larger orders is to present a variety of poses to the client. A normal set of head shots is not conducive to large orders. On the other hand, when each pose shows a different side of the sitter’s personality, the parent can not resist ordering at least one of the different poses. First, ensure the regular poses by photographing the sitter from different sides and using different expressions. Since ninety percent of pose decisions are made on facial expression, it is important to get all the different smiles and pleasant looks that you can. When you are satisfied with the head and shoulder portraits, design a seated pose for more interest. A book may be held or a favorite pet in their lap. These middle shots are a natural for larger portrait sizes. Teens and young children often can strike cute full length poses showing off their new Gap togs. Sport equipment, games or accessory clothing give hands something to do. A few super close ups in serious expressions will add spice to the poses and are great for wallet sales.

Word of mouth is traditionally the best form of advertising, but every avenue of spreading the word is to be taken advantage of. Wallet size photos with your name and telephone on the back make great reminders to future clients. It also makes it convenient for relatives to reorder additional and larger sizes. Most digital orders can be placed on the day of the session, but there are many interested family members at home who would order their own preferences if they could see all the poses. An inkjet printer can make a copy of the parent’s favorite poses in a few minutes for them to take home. The draft copy is fine for choosing their favorite expressions but too poor to be copied on a home scanner. I believe normal retouching should be included as a free service with the session fee but extensive time consuming retouching be charged by the hour.

The summer doldrums can be somewhat alleviated with a beautiful child contest. Other variations are the model search or a pet and child contest . A free session for each child is quite attractive to the parents. A requisite that the parents come in with the children ensures that you are afforded the opportunity to photograph the whole family. Grandchildren group portraits are popular as gifts, but are poor profit makers by themselves. You must insist that the studio be able to photograph each individual family while they are in the studio with the grandchildren. This may involve four or five families, so be sure to allot enough time to accommodate everyone. Since orders from this type of portrait session can run very high, it may be wise to waive the session fees for the individual families.

Finally, a word about break downs is in order. When photographing a family, you can suggest some fun pictures with different combinations of family members. Grandma would love to have a picture of herself with the grandchildren, Dad would be interested in a shot of he and his two boys. Mom and her little girl helper make a cherished portrait and a picture of just the two boys and a separate shot of the three girls is an irresistible photograph. Any resistance can usually be jollied along with a request for the Grandma to “Help me out a little”. A little coaxing and good natured joshing will get them over their shyness. Don’t forget to photograph the grandparents together and individually. These portraits may become very valuable in the future. The family pet make a wonderful action portrait with the family as well as with the children. Even a pet portrait can boost your orders.

Retired portrait photographer. Comments welcome, please.

Does My Horse Need A Blanket?

Your horse needs a blanket because their natural oils and dirt that keep them warm in the wild are removed each time you brush or curry them. When you clip your horse, you then remove all of the additional warm hair. Most stables are not heated, and it is critical that you compensate for the loss of heat by using some sort of a blanket. A horse will begin to lose weight if not kept warm enough. Of course it is always important to feed more hay in the winter also.

If your horse is outside in very cold weather, you will need a strong turnout blanket for that time. It would be great if you could afford it, to have two blankets. One for indoors and one for out otherwise select a blanket that will work inside and out. An outdoor blanket must give your horse the freedom to move when he bucks, rolls and kicks.

Some types of Blankets to Consider

Fleece cooler/blankets can be used after a workout and your horse needs to dry off. Put the fleece cooler on to remove moisture. Fleece is a excellent material to wick off moisture and keep your horse dry especially if he is sweaty and the weather is cool outside. It will keep his body temperature more balanced. Wool coolers/blankets can be used for the same purpose. Wool cooler are a heavier material and will keep the horse warmer. Wool is also nice for those extra cold nights when you need a blanket liner underneath your winter blanket. They also work well after a workout. Stable Blankets work well for those nights when your horse is in his stall. They do not work well outdoors and are usually designed for indoor use only. Finally there are heavier styles of Winter Turnout Blankets that are durable, ripstop, weatherproof and breathable. These are workable for indoor and outdoor use.

What is the correct size of the Blanket for my Horse?

Just take a tape measure and measure from the middle of the chest to the tail, along the side. If your horse measures a 78 buy that size. If you want to be sure of the right fit buy the next size larger. But be cautious as every manufacturer is different. Some have smaller or larger cuts than others. So check before buying. Surcingles and legs straps are nice to have to keep your horse’s blanket in place in the even they roll or lie down. But, it is important that they are not adjusted too tightly so that you horse cannot move around comfortably. There should be a hand’s width that will fit between the horse’s belly and the surcingle, tight enough so that they cannot catch a hoof.

Leg straps should not be tight and not so loose that they are low near the hocks. A horse’s legs could easily become tangled in these. It is better to loop the leg straps around each other before connecting to the snap. Snap them to the opposite side.

Remember !!!! If in doubt check with someone with more experience to keep your horse safe and happy this winter !

Food and Athletes

Cakes, pies, cookies, gravy, stuffing, cakes, pies, candy, cakes, did I mention cakes? Ah, the joy of Christmas! It’s drawing closer by the day and I’ve got a dreadful feeling of joy and horror in my stomach.

The joy is the obvious part, but why the horror? No, it’s not the Christmas shopping that scares the fecal matter out of me, nor the inevitable “do you really have to train on Christmas Day” comment from the wife. No, it’s much simpler than that, although maybe simple is the wrong word; Food. Such a simple word, such a complicated issue.

In Norway we have a saying “without any oats the horses get weak”. As we all know, this principle applies just as much to us humans. We need fuel to perform. Why then, do we make food and eating into such a complex matter? I’m not going to lie to you, I’ve got just as much of a love/hate relationship to food as the next serious cyclist. At times I worry more about getting fat than a bride does the week before she is about to get married. It’s sad and a bit pathetic actually. The whole thing is completely imagined and a product of one’s subconscious mind.

The development and progress of an athlete consists of 3 basic items: training, eating and resting. All too often do we make the mistake of only focusing on the training bit, although the real progress takes place during the resting and eating phases. Eating sounds so simple, just put food in your mouth. But it’s harder than that - eating has created problems, eating disorders. I pay close attention to what I eat, constantly. The food has to be healthy and rich in energy. Fruit, vegetables, whole wheat products, potatoes and fish makes up the core of my daily diet. A very successful athlete once told me “the more I can eat, the more I can train”. For a guy that tips the scales around 140-150lbs, I eat a lot. Huge amounts actually, but during my hardest weeks I also burn 5000-6000 calories a day or more. That energy must be replenished, with proper food.

Why then, do I worry when I step on the scale in the morning? I know my weight will never climb much above my optimal race weight, year round. But still, I worry. I am working hard at the mental part of this, trying to get rid of this negative thinking. Negative thoughts are a waste of energy, athletes need to focus on positive things, always. In order to perform to the max, an athlete needs to have a healthy, relaxed relationship to his own body. It can be better to be 2 pounds “overweight” and feel good about oneself, rather than spending lots of energy on trying to lose weight.

There is a direct link between the mental state of an athlete and his physical form and performance. We need to be in harmony, both physically and mentally. This is where most top athletes have room for improvement. Not to mention that the hard training requires adequate energy-reserves. If the energy is not there, the body will not be able to respond properly to the high training loads. Of course, don’t get me wrong, I’m not saying that trying to lose 5-7 lbs before the race-season starts is a bad thing, not at all. But many riders don’t eat enough, once the target weight has been reached, due to the fear of gaining weight again. This can directly, or indirectly, lead to injuries, illness, burn-out, over-training and a general lack of performance.

Patience is very important when you want to lose those extra 5 lbs before the season. Start early and plan to lose small amounts of weight per month. Remember that restricting the caloric intake too much results in a lack of performance during training, simply because your body does not have the energy available to perform. And that does you no good, absolutely no good at all. So do like the horses, dig in and watch your performance increase. Oh, and pass on the cake, it’s over-rated anyways… If you keep telling yourself that, maybe some day you will believe it. Until then, be strong and ride hard.

I am a full-time endurance athlete, working towards the 2012 London Olympics. I maintain a blog, describing my ups and downs of training / racing.

Betting Rooms Offering Up Video Poker — Some Guidance

The trouble involved in visiting a brick and mortar gaming house gives us plenty of reasons not to go if avoidable. Traffic congestion, the trouble, and task list tied to it are too much to justify the difficulty for a mere prospect of trying your hand at gaming house, this said should you happen to be someone who is frenetic about gaming rooms then choosing online wagering will probably be the more obvious way to go. You are not required to leave the comfort of your home to try your hand at online gambling since everything is done from your own home if you own a computer plus a functional Internet connection. This said, read on first, for there are a few suggestions which you need to work out regarding online gambling, notably if you’re a beginner in this area.

The top priority which a sharp internet wagerer like you will certainly look for is an online gambling web site of the category that can guarantee top winnings. Make a point of establishing that the online gambling web site is overseen by a reputable, secure auditor to evaluate the actual online games pay-outs percentage consistently. You must always be sure to check the virtual roulette web site holds an authenticated license, for example by searching for the licensing information as manifested on the casino site’s webpage. If you’re unable to pick out any licensing information on any given virtual roulette web site, do not endeavor to place your wager with this website. All the top games in one place: Visit this casino venue!

Another bit of significant advice would obviously be to place your wager at the outset with minor amounts in lieu of laying out so much it can hurt off the cuff. Check first the functionality of the virtual roulette framework rather than going for some severe menace- notably money loss… And now for another powerful prompt regarding online gaming. It must be this– to never neglect that online wagering should mainly be concerned with fun and amusement and much less about making money. Wagering isn’t a regular employment, rather, it is a diversion which intends to help you become delighted and your overall life amusing. Simply having complied with the suggestions summarized, you can finally go ahead succumb to the glamor of virtual roulette… :)

The Best Way To Save Money On Advertising - Target Locally

Over the years I have discovered exactly what derails an ad. More often than not, when an ad fails to produce results, the problem isn’t with the ad. The problem is with WHO the ad reaches.

Before you start blaming lack of response on your ad, stop a moment to consider who it is TARGETED to.

Let’s take a moment to look at Internet advertising. First off, let me say I dearly love advertising on the Net. The advertising rates for search engines and ezines are far, far lower than advertising your business on traditional media like TV or newspapers. For what one TV commercial would cost, I can advertise a business extensively for weeks, even months.

But, as I’m sure you’ve realized by now, the Internet is no magic advertising medium. Just as often as with anywhere else, your ad can pull less than expected response. The problem is with lack of targeting.

If most or all of your customers live in the geographical area of your store, using a search engine to reach people all over the world doesn’t make much sense. You can consider your money wasted when somebody who will NEVER walk into your store reads your ad.

The solution is to advertise on sites or ezines that reach YOUR customers at a very high rate. This could be a local site that provides sports scores for dozens of local sports teams. Or a site that lists a great many local building contractors. Very specific information needed by people in YOUR area will draw just the kind of local crowd you can capitalize on.

We’re seeing a sudden rise of local pay-per-click search engines. These use the same popular technology as Google and Overture, but limit their reach to businesses in a particular city, state, or region.

Often these local pay-per-click sites have very low rates, a little as one cent per click. Many offer as many as 1,000 free clicks to any business that signs up.

Be sure to check if the pay-per-click site has plenty of businesses listed in their database. An empty site won’t attract many visitors and you may not reach enough audience to have any effect on your sales. Also watch for a pay-per-click that is promoting in your area. If they are visible to you, they are probably getting the attention of lots of your customers.

Linda Stevens is CEO of MyCalgaryClicks.com, the local Pay-Per-Click city search directory for Calgary, AB Canada. Linda believes in following her own advice and is offering $10 in free bidding cash to any site that signs up to advertise. Reach Linda at support@mycalgaryclicks.com

Earthquake and Disaster Delays in Scientific Innovation

In our present period we are continually reminded that we live on the surface of the planet and with that great honor comes issues of Mother Nature we must deal with. It is a fair trade off, as you get sunshine, warmth and heat from the sun; water, fish and surfing opportunities from the ocean and the stars, moon and cosmos to propel thought, enlightenment and understanding of who we are and perhaps some insight into why we are here. These are all wonderful things we enjoy and with every positive there is a negative, with every up there is a down and with every action a reaction. So then, let’s talk about the negative side of things; which we are reminded of all too often: Hurricanes, Tornadoes, Earthquakes, Tsunamis, Typhoons, Volcanoes, Wild Fires and Floods.

Each and every disruption causes havoc in man’s quest to better his civilization or understand the quantities and systems of our world and current paradigm. Since for the most part we know where such disaster will most likely occur; for instance Hurricanes in Florida, Earthquakes on the West Coast and Typhoons, Earthquakes, volcanic activity in Japan; we should therefore be careful not to have non-duplicated scientific study, critical information storage or scientists in such vulnerable places.

This is not to say that Illinois or New York City could not have an Earthquake tomorrow or that California’s Southern Coastline could not get pounced by a Hurricane. We know from climate models, geology and fossil records that many such events other than mankinds own sound and fury or civil unrest has occurred throughout our evolution in all parts of the Globe. We have lost vast amounts of knowledge from prior civilizations; Ancient World Libraries, Entire Civilizations, etc. We should however when playing the odds play them to the best of our abilities, be careful of putting to many eggs in one basket and have backup storage of knowledge and protect those humans who will be able to help propel the forward progression of the human endeavor in the future. Am I advocating the building of underground cities in sold rock or moving those scientists, thinkers and leaders to a safer haven? Yes, in a way I am, but more importantly suggesting that we have contingency plans in place for our top scientific universities.

If we fail to innovate we will slide backwards and risk losing all we are and all we have built. It is bad enough that we are busy as human beings plotting against our neighbors thru wars or International Terrorism; that we have to defend the flows of our civilization, which serve us all, humans world wide. We are busy protecting ourselves from each other rather than finding friends in our larger challenge, that of mother nature or fixing of our own systems. For instance the train derailment of the other day in Pakistan; conductor error, misread a switch sign; 170 people died. We have technologies for trains and rail to prevent that. The London Train Bombing more humans killing humans over the dogma details of the divine by deranged disciples, why not fix these issues? We saw Hurricane Dennis destroy and devastate and the Indonesia Tsunami killed nearly 200,000 folks enjoying their day. Each time we allow disruption in our determined quest to press on we lose ground in our future innovations. Thus slowing our progression to our future utopia we seek and humankind’s destiny. Think on this.

Spring Break on South Padre Island Texas

South Padre Island is a great place to vacation over Spring Break, especially for College students. Besides offering the usual spring break vacation fare of sand, sun, and fun (of course that’s a reference to wild late night partying, beer, wet tshirt contests and the hook up), South Padre Island offers a number of other activities to occupy your time and entertain you during your spring break vacation.

Fishing - South Padre Island has gained a world wide reputation among fishermen. Half day and full day fishing trips in the Laguna Madre Bay and the Gulf of Mexico run for less than $20 to $1000 or more depending on your skills, the distance you want to travel (how far offshore) and your lifestyle demands. Since you are fishing a gulf and not your area lake, the list of the type of fish you can catch is long but a few would be: whiting, drum, flounder, trout, redfish, kingfish, wahoo, tuna, marlin and sailfish.

Windsurfing - Spring Break is obviously during spring time which for windsurfers plying their trade at South Padre Island is the best time with spring’s windy days. Known as one of the top windsurfing destinations in the world, South Padre Island offers some of the fastest windsurfing speeds in North America at places like, the bay, the Jetties, Bocas Chica, and the Ditch.

Kiteboarding - College spring breakers have never shied away from a challenge and kiteboarding is just that. One of the fasting growing and certainly hottest sports going, kiteboarding is challenging and adrenaline pumping and South Padre Island with consistent winds that offer beginner to experts near perfect flat-water conditions, is a great place to hone your kiteboarding skills.

Matamoros, Mexico - What’s a vacation without souvenirs? Bargain shop across the border at American friendly, Matamoros, Mexico. You will find silver, leather goods, handicrafts and much more while strolling through this old Mexican town and it’s busy markets. Dine on authentic Mexican food, enjoy museums and the culture of Mexico, just thirty minutes from South Padre Island.

While this is not a complete list of things to do during your spring break vacation on South Padre Island, hopefully it got you thinking of making your trip a bit more adventurous and thus your memories of spring break at South Padre Island that much more special.

My Work At Home Mom

Work at home Moms, stay at home Moms and home business for Moms all have current contemporary meanings. These phrases are mostly associated with online jobs to earn money from home for Moms who want or need to stay at home.

These current work at home jobs and home based businesses are offered by successful work at home moms and others who see the need and have found solutions for those busy people who don’t have time to do their own research.

My mom was a work at home mom. Not by the current definitions of these phrases. I grew up in the in-between time. What I mean is in-between the time when wives and mothers could stay at home to raise their children and the time when they were forced to find work outside of the home in order for the family to survive.

My mom stayed at home and her invaluable priceless (and sometimes thankless) job was raising three kids and taking care of the house. At that time there weren’t many options for moms to earn money from home. They could do other people’s laundry or watch other people’s children.

I believe my Mom did a great job. She was there when me and my sisters left for school, she was there when we came home. We always had clean clothes, though not always the latest fashions. She always made sure we had hot nutritional meals to eat and a clean safe environment. She couldn’t contribute financially but she could work wonders with a small budget.

Besides the “domestic duties” she took care of she was also a teacher/trainer, She taught me values and morals. I contribute who I am today to her. Any positive traits, qualities, and attributes I possess are a result of her teachings. My work at home mom taught me how to work at home. She taught me how to cook, wash and iron clothes, wash dishes, clean my room, go shopping, and such. She must have done a good job because later in life younger people would comment positively about how amazing it was that I could do these things and take care of myself.

I love my work at home mom am grateful my mom was able to stay at home and raise me. We didn’t always have a lot but in those days the family was able to live on one income. Today it is virtually impossible. And if you are a single parent it’s even harder.

The contemporary definitions of the terms work at home mom, home based business for moms was created out of necessity. Fortunately today there are choices and options. The internet has brought a wave of work at home jobs and home based business opportunities.

Today it is possible to earn that needed second income or extra income at home on your terms. You can do surveys, typing, editing, and use your experience to help others.

There are many different situations where a mom would stay at home. By choice, you are lucky in that you don’t need a second income. You had to leave career because the cost of child care was too much. You have never worked outside of home but now find yourself in need of more income. Maybe you are able to stay at home and now you children are all in school. You have some free time and want to make a contribution but you don’t want the stress of working outside the home. No matter what your situation there is a solution. There is an answer.

I would like to thank my work at home mom for the job she did. I would also like to thank all the mothers who work at home and outside for the sacrifices you make to make others life better. You know sometimes we men just don’t understand what you go through. But it don’t mean you are not appreciated.

Salute to all the working moms of the world.

Electric Cars

Going green is something that is going to involve us all in the next 13 years. We have Eco Travel, Electric Automobiles & Bio Diesels to look at now.

There can be found several sorts of Bio Fuels. Biological Fuels are many basically plant based options to oil- based Diesels such as petrol, diesel & heating oil. Using biodiesel produces CO2 emissions, though this is compensated with the fact that the crops used to produce it uses C02 from the atmosphere to develop. In spite of this the environmental advantages of Biological Diesels are hotly disputed, with some climate and green friendly authors maintaining that Bio Fuels cause more destruction than good. There are 2 real breeds of Biological Diesel and Ethanol.

As the type means, biodiesel is intended for use in diesel engines. Biodiesel is extremely similar to vegetable oil and is produced from the same breeds of plants- oil rich sources such as sun flower, palm, rapeseed & groundnut. Biological Diesel might well also be made from sheep fat or oils taken from Japanese restaurants. Biodiesel and fuels could be used neat in some diesel motorcycles, however, at present Biological Diesel is much more typically reflected in a mix with regular diesel- usually 0.25 biodiesel with normal diesel fuel. This blend can often be consumed by any regular diesel engine.

Ever thought about buying a climate change friendly car? There is 2 types the G WIZ electric car & the Mega City electric car. The above are many genuinely environmentally friendly machines; in fact they is an environmental vision. Electric cars don’t generate any C02 emissions in fact much more to the point Bio Diesels cars do not even have an exhaust pipe. If you power an eco car from renewable energy, it makes zero CO2. Even if this eco car has tonnes of pros it does have quite a few disadvantages as well. The noticeable one being it is a climate change friendly car and it might often only do 96 miles before you may have to recharge the powerpack & this generally has to be concluded over the course of the night, if you’re preparing on doing an extensive road trip, this may have to be powered up over the course of some excursions. Discover electric cars and learn their benefits at BBC Green.
